Our Process 

STEP 1
 first of all we clear all areas of obstruction and potential contamination. 
STEP 2 
Then we clean the uPVC of any dust and debris.
STEP 3
Then degrees the uPVC and remove any grime with our special formula 
STEP 4
We carefully remove any hard contaminants such as cement, glue and wall paints. 
STEP 5
Then we thoroughly mask the surrounding areas that are to be sprayed with high tack masking tape, brown paper and Tape and drape to protect the areas that are not getting coated.
STEP 6
As always we lightly scotch the areas to be painted, ensuring all areas are clean and smooth to create the perfect bonding surface for the 2k paint.
STEP 7
Wipe the uPVC down with a dry cloth, removing any dust from the scotching.
STEP 8
Apply dust coat, this helps with bonding and also detects if there will be any problem areas.
STEP 9
Apply 2k paint, this will be two to three coats, depending on colour and coverage.
STEP 10 
When touch dry we de-mask all areas and clean off any paint that may be on unwanted areas.
